Under the front porch, are there footings and posts? How is the porch supported?
A:The walls are block.
The foundation thickness is up the owner. But they are drawn at 12". 4"brick veneer over 8" block
The floor joists are dimension lumber.
Footings and posts are supposing the porch.
Q:What does the roof plan show? Are wall sections shown for all structural wall both interior and exterior?
A:We do offer the wall sections

Q:I have my county's requirements. Can you tell me which parts of the checklist that your and fulfill, and which ones I will need an engineer for? It would be great to know before I purchase. It is in solano county ca.
A:HVAC & Plumbing will have to be incorporated into the plans. We ask all of our clients to have a local engineer in their areas review the plans no matter so they meet the local requirements for their area.
Q:Do you have pictures of sides and back of house
A:At this time, we do not.
Q:What are the dimensions of the garage doors and ceiling height. We have a 24 ft RV that is 94.5" wide by 11' 3" tall.
A:Garage doors are standard size 9'8
Q:I have a couple other questions, is the tub in the master bath 5 or 6 ft? Can you tell me the dimension of the utility room?
A:The tub is a 6' whirlpool tub.

Q:Wouldn the garage roof drain directly into the side of the house creating water problems?
A:We have never had any reports of issues with roof water drainage.
