A: Thank you for your inquiry. Our in house architect looked at the drawings and the drawings will show brick veneer on the front elevation and siding on the sides and rear, plus composition shingles for the roof. The degree to which changes can be made in the construction materials (without having the drawings modified) is generally up to the local building authority. Many times the building department will allow material substitutions, but it is always best to ask first. If the drawings need to be changed, these types of changes generally are inexpensive to make to the plans and can be handle through our customizing service. I hope this helps.
