A: WA State Law requires that all plans produced by an Architect licensed in WA State for construction in WA State be stamped by the Architect. Consequently, unstamped CornerStone Designs plans cannot be built in WA State. When a plan broker gets an inquiry from a customer with a site inside WA State, they send the inquiry directly to Architects NW, so that we can provide in-state pricing with pricing for any revisions and the required structural engineering. WA State plans must comply with the WA State Energy Code, and ANW guarantees permit approval for the plans, site issues excepted.
A: No, we do not have this around 2400-2600 SF. We have a plan that is similar but it is 3555 SF. This is the smallest version on this plan we have. It is plan 87674
A: The laundry room is upstairs by bedroom 3 and the loft (labeled Utility). There is not a “mud room” but a space by the nook and family room where a mud room would be located.
