Q: On this plan #93414, I do not see any place for the utilities (water heater, furnance) and since this plan is for crawlspace where would it go? Is the exterior walls 9'? and same for garage?
A: The a/c would be located in the attic unless your crawl space is high enough to put there. I would suggest checking with a a/c contractor in your area to see what is standard. The hot water tank should go in the attic with a 6" deep galv. pan and drain to exterior. You may want to go with a tankless hot water system, in which case you can locate just about anywhere. The wall are 9' for both garage and house.
