Plan Description

A country cottage feeling is created by this elevation using a front porch dormer window and stone chimney. The simplicity of this home creates a relaxed and easy flow throughout. The main living areas, the living room and the kitchen, are in an open format creating a spacious living area. The kitchen includes a pantry closet and L-shaped counter space. The living room includes a large fireplace. There is a full bath and two bedrooms completing the first floor. The second floor contains two more bedrooms and a three-quarter bath.
