A: The front deck is 12 feet deep , the side deck is 4 feet deep so the dimensions of the house without the decks is Left to right 28 feet, front to back to the pointed living room 40, to the shorter wall 36 because the pointed area extends 4 feet past the side walls.
A: SH is toilet paper nook or shelf for toiletry Circle is the mechanical vent, if you are using baseboard heating it does not have to be there. Furnace is shown directly under this circle in the basement R28 Insulation batts in attic
