A:I’m sorry, we do not have a present image of the basement since it’s unfinished. It is the same footprint as the main floor.
Q:what is the height from the front door stoop to the ridge line.
A:Its 22’-0”.
Q:Hello, I would like to know the brick layout on sides of unit. The front porch where brick and siding meets is roll locked (brick turned on sides at top). Is the side foundation the same way where it meets the siding on the sides of the construction?
A:No there is no brick rowlock on the side or rear elevations. It is all siding.
Q:Does the vaulted ceiling extend over the kitchen and nook?
A:It currently does not, the kitchen and nook have an 11’ flat ceiling.
Q:Did you use trusses for the entire roof or did you stick build parts?
