Plan Description
This inviting Craftsman ranch includes all the frills. From the welcoming front porch to the screen porch, with skylights, and deck, this home provides dramatic spaces, luxurious appointments, and spacious living areas. Its carefully designed 1700 square feet provide the feel and features of a much larger home. The 1224 sq. ft. optional bonus room/expansion area is accessible from the family room. An optional 1820 sq. ft. basement opens a whole new world of living space! Upon entering the home, the dining room, which is open to both the entry and family room, is on the left. The sunny kitchen/breakfast room has a pantry and conveniently located laundry closet. Loaded with amenities such as a double step tray ceiling, the dramatic master suite features a sitting room, deluxe bath, and a "his and hers" walk-in closet and has direct access to the screened porch. The 13'x12' secondary bedrooms share a second bath. Unless otherwise noted, the ceilings are 9' high. Choosing to finish the basement will offer endless possibilities. Exterior Elevations: show the front, rear and sides of the house, including exterior materials, details and measurements.
Wall Sections and/or Cross Sections: show details of the house as though it were cut in slices from the roof to the foundation. The cross sections specify the home's construction, insulation, flooring and roofing details.
Roof Details: show slope, pitch and location of dormers, gables and other roof elements, including clerestory windows and skylights. These details may be shown on the elevation sheet or on a s eparate diagram. Note: If trusses are used, we suggest using a local truss manufacturer to design your trusses to comply with your local codes and regulations.
Standard Construction Details: various details related to beam support, floor construction, connections, and roofing options.
