A: I’m sorry, we do not have present plans for our slab plans. The stairs will get converted to a closet for the furnace and water heater.
A: These dimensions are not shown due to the size of these areas being so small, there’s not enough room. Please find dimensions after each question. Why does this plan not show dimensions of: 1) Master bathroom 9'-2"x9'-0" 2) Guest bathroom 5'-0"x10'-0" 3) Master closet 9'-2"x6'-8" 4) Laundry room 9'-0"x8'-8" or 5) Front porch 37'-6"x9'-6" 6) closet outside laundy room? 5'-2"x2'-2" AND Can the ceiling height be 12' in great room, dining, kitchen area and 10' for rest of house? The ceiling height can’t be changed as is on the plan currently, but can be done with some revisions for a fee.
