Mom and Dad will approve of the main floor master bedroom with its pretty ceiling. Walk through the master closet to arrive in a spacious master bathroom with freestanding tub. Three kids will reside upstairs along with 3 bathrooms and a loft.

Traditional Home Plan With Open Living Space

Traditional Home Plan 76310 has everything you need for comfort and functionality. Firstly, enjoy open living space among the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Natural light floods the space thanks to several windows across the back of the house, especially in the dining area. Seat 6 or more at the dining table and enjoy a peaceful view of the back yard. The kitchen is decked out with a curved island which can seat another 4 people. Plus, you will have no lack of storage because of the walk-in pantry right off the kitchen.

Secondly, take your choice of seating. Will you recline on plush couches and cozy up in front of the fireplace in the living room? Or will you take advantage of the outdoor space and curl up with a book outside? There is lots of room for outdoor dining or simply a couple of rocking chairs. Thirdly, find functional spaces too.
