A: Good day and thank you for your interest in this plan
The windows in the living/dining rooms are 64” high and are 20” above the floor.
Without customization to the plan to either add square footage or extend the bathroom into the master bedroom closet, it would not be possible to add a 72” tub in place of the 52” x 34” shower. The plan could also be modified to add a window, a dormer or a skylight in the master bath as the existing 32” x 48” skylight is above the secondary bathroom on the upper level.
The white space on the other side of the wall from the toilet represents a landing for the staircase that is 3’ 2” square.
There are pocket doors for both bathrooms upstairs and for the kitchen.
If there are any room or closet sizes that you require which do not appear on the floor plan, just let me know and I will be happy to give you the missing information.
The dotted lines across the upstairs bedrooms and bath indicate the start of a sloped ceiling which ends in a knee wall height of 4’ 2”.
Since we do no actual building, the only photos that we have are those which our clients have so generously shared with us. We unfortunately have no pictures on file for this plan.
Please let me know if I can further assist you
Deborah
