A: Hello, The plan shows a brick wainscot across the front so there will be a brick ledge on the plans. If you prefer brick all the way up instead of the brick wainscot/lap siding, that is something your builder should be able to change in the field as he is building the home. The utility room is 7'-6" x 9'-4". Please let us know if you have any further questions.
