Every room in this Mediterranean Style Home Plan is open and functional, and opulence is found in every detail.
This plan calls for a slab foundation and concrete walls. We also have options for 2×4, 2×6, or 2×8 walls for an additional fee. Our plans are drawn to the national building codes at the time they are drawn, however you will need to hire a local engineer to adapt the plans for construction codes if you are building in FL and in some other states.

The plans in Florida need to be sign and sealed by the Florida Registered Architect and that Architect needs to take legal responsibility for the design. Designer who is not the licensed architect can't be held responsible for the design of the building. Answer: Designers are liable and responsible for the homes they design and a Florida licensed structural engineer or architect is required to provide structural drawings and details for all structural aspects of the home so all structural aspects are the responsibility of the engineer and truss manufacturer. 5. What CAD version are the drawings drawn in? Answer: 2008. 6. Is it possible to alter the CAD drawings for revisions? Answer: Yes.
