This country style house of one-story with double garage suggests several distinctive and interesting elements. The different options of exterior materials and colors suggested for this new house plan are very trendy this year: a touch of stone in the lower part, a partial steel roof and the exterior siding that is suggested horizontally as well as vertically. It should be noted that this house offers much brightness and light due to its large number of fitted windows (see the floor plan for better visualization). This Ranch Bungalow with a 2-car garage also offers a bonus room upstairs (12 x 22 ) that can easily convert into home office, workshop or additional family room.
