Plan Description
This plan is ideal for a scenic lot and was intentionally designed to capture expansive outdoor views. This plan offers an open concept with a large great room that features a fireplace and access to the large covered deck. Two bedrooms including the primary suite is located on the first floor as well as a laundry/mud room off the two car garage. The basement includes two large storage areas, a third bedroom, full bath, and kitchenette.
