Plan Description
This modern farmhouse comes in at just under 2,000 sf on the main floor as well as a full basement. While each of the three bedrooms feature a walk in closet, the main bedroom's closet is situated next to the designated laundry room for added convenience. The split bedroom design allows for additional privacy and a large walk in pantry provides ample kitchen storage. A mudroom, with lockers, connects the house to the attached garage.
