A: Hello, In order to meet this requirement, I’d suggest we convert the shed dormer on the roof into a gable dormer. In addition, we need to increase the shed roof to the right of the entry from a 4/12 to a 6/12. These changes would be $500, and we are 3-4 weeks out.
