A: The rendering you are looking at on the web would give the illusion that there is a horizontal valley - this is not the case. The center gables are up higher since the entry and living room wall is framed taller giving clearance for the soffit and fascia of the higher roof above the lower roof. Otherwise we would specify a cricket and appropriate flashing to adequately prevent leaks and provide proper drainage. If you have any further questions feel free to contact us.
