A: Greetings, Assuming that the 35’ you mention pertains to the height, this plan is below that height. From top of finished grade level to the ridge; measurement is 27’-0”.
A: The roof slopes are 8/12. The furniture placement is indeed tricky in the bedrooms. You'll have to forget the idea of having queen size beds in any of those bedrooms. You can expect to fit in bedrooms #1 and #2: a double bed, a dresser and a night table. In bedroom #3: a single bed, a dresser and a night table.
