Site Plan A stock plot plan with a detailed aerial view of the home situated on a rectangular lot is provided.
Exterior Elevations 1/4 inch scale exterior elevation drawings of the front, rear and both sides of the house. These drawings show window and door locations as well as general material specifications.
All plans are drawn with 2x6 exterior walls.

A: The slab shows 8” concrete wall on 16” x 6” concrete strip footing (reinforcing as required by local engineer) in the center structure. The patio around the house uses 6” concrete piers on 30”x30”x6” concrete pad.

Which is within the scope of the modification services that we offer. Here is the cost breakdown: PDF stock plan price = $650.00 Completely redraw the plan: $1,543.00 You can hire an architect to complete the modification project, yes. It's true that the CAD file would be the best choice for an architect to make your changes. CAD stock plan price = $1,300.00
A: This plan can be built with 9' ceilings, however adding a basement may be tricky. The tricky part is placing the basement stairs in a location that minimizes the impact on the living areas of the home.
