A: Hello, Yes, the cad file is an autocad format .dwg file. Predrawn plans do not and cannot include any sort of mechanical plans such as plumbing. Those items are "site specific" and must be designed by a local person for the specifics of the exact lot, and local codes. Plan package includes the following content- Cover page with artists rendering Foundation plan with typical details floor plan four exterior views of exterior full cross section through the middle of the house 1/2" scale interior cabinet drawings Roof framing and birds eye view of the roof ceiling framing plan Electrical plan. Most content is at 1/4" scale, and is formatted for 24x36 size paper. Thanks.
