A: We include foundation details for both raised slab (similar to stem wall, but with block instead of stem walls), and slab on grade (Same as monolithic). So the client can choose which type to use onsite. Thanks.
A: Hello, The storage rooms, and stairs are NOT included in the heated footage. They are included in the unheated footages. The footages are 1888 s.f. heated (first floor), 1037 s.f. unheated (first floor), 345 s.f. (unfinished bonus room), 3270 s.f. total under roof These footages do not include the masonry. (brick). The great room width is given as the useable width, not including the gas logs/cabinets. So its actually 19'-8" from stud wall to stud wall. Be advised that the garage depth is actually 24'-4" instead of the 22'-4" shown online. We just realized that error, so we will replace that image asap. All of the other figures are correct.
