A: That's a double oven, the range is just a stove top
A: it's called a "hidden pantry", appears as a normal pantry-type cabinet next the refrigerator but when you open the doors it reveals a 6' x 4' walk-in pantry behind it.
A: There is only enough room for a stack washer/dryer behind the fridge and some shelves backed up to the shower. The exterior wall portion could be cantilevered out on the deck area to have a standard washer and dryer facing each other as an alternative, that way would add about 6 square feet to the plan.
A: The ceilings are all 8’ except... Living , Dining, Kitchen and Master Suite all vault to just over 10’.
