A: The ceilings in the Kitchen, Dining, Living and Master Suite all vault up to just over 10'
A: I would suggest adding 3' to the width of the Living/Dining area and 2' to the width of the Master Suite, that would add 100 square feet..total 1306
A: Removing the Bay window (16 sq ft) would make the new total 1184 square feet, I wouldn’t suggest any other cuts.
