A: They are designed for 2009 IRC, it is possible that your general contractor may need to add some notes to the plans for your local building department.
A: Yes they are vaulted from an 8' wall height to just over 11' at the center ridge, the Foyer area is 10' flat clg.
A: Sorry we don't have any interior pics or renderings at this time. The wall between the stairs and kitchen is 7' tall with a plant shelf top.
