A:Sorry but we don't have a floor plan that shows the house on a slab. We can draw up an optional foundation for $125 and add it to the full set but then it's up to the general contractor to relocate the heater and water heater as well as omit the stairway. I can tell you that some people have put this plan on a slab before, they located the heater and water heater out in the garage and made the stairway area a small office (approx. 7'x9').

A:The area of the stairway is about 65 square feet

Yes, the walk-in Pantry is hidden behind cabinetry (approx. 4’ x 6’).
Laundry room is 7’-1” x 5’-9” (inside).
