A: Plans were originally prepared and constructed in 1996-97 in central Florida, they will have to be reviewed and updated to current codes and ordinaces for the location in Florida that you plan to build. You will have to go through that process with any stock plan that you purchase for construction in Florida. You can contract with us for those upgrade services or with an engineer of your choice.
