A: All of our plans can easily be modified. To receive a Free Cost Estimate, you can visit the "Modification" tab of our website where you will find all the information about the modification's process. The dimensions of the island in the kitchen are 3'-4" x 5'-6". Dimensions for the front entrance are 5'4" x 4'-8". The front entrance space is not large enough to accomodate a closet but the plan can be modified accordingly. The roof pitch can be lowered and the gable over the entrance could be removed.
