Plan Description
The Dining and living room ceilings of this cottage design are sloped to the upper level ceiling. The stairwell is open to the living room and a small balcony at the top of the stairs overlooks the living room below. A wood burning fireplace is the focal point of the living room. A breeze way porch is located between the house and the garage and a courtyard wall insures privacy for the residents. The garage contains a built in work bench to make those household repairs easy and convenient.
