A: There is no electrical in this plan and no air conditioning. This would need to be looked into locally. The utility space is where there is a round circle close to the shower. That is where the hot water heater is.
A: This cottage can be used in all seasons as it is a 2 X 4 construction that is insulated to R12 in the walls and R28 in the ceiling.
