Plan Description
Farmhouse Style House Plan
A home that offers 1443 sq.ft. on the ground floor and similarly in the basement. In addition a proposal for the layout of the basement is included in the plan that you will receive, as a suggestion only.The entrance to the house is large and offers a practical mudroom as well as access to the home office. The laundry room is also on the first floor. The kitchen offers a large island and a walk-in pantry, and opens onto the dining room and living room. All the ceilings are 9 'on the ground floor except in the living room which has a cathedral ceiling. The latter also has a fireplace.
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, with separate tub and shower, but shares the toilet room.
The basement proposal includes the possibility of having 3 additional bedrooms (for a total of 4), a 2nd bathroom, a mechanical room as well as an additional playroom / family room, perfect for large families!
