A: Plans were drawn to comply with our local version of the 2012 IRC. Will largely comply with most states. Your local engineer will ensure that any needed seismic bracing complies with the latest code. Electrical plans are not included as most electricians install their own package and all jurisdictions we have dealt with do not care whether electrical plans are included or not.
