A: The central area surrounding the bathroom and stairs is most definitely an important load bearing point. If you want to open the dining to kitchen for example you should be fine. just be sure your builder and/or framing team knows to “compensate” for anything removed. Laminated beams are a very important element and can be used in many situations to “compensate for a larger span or Open area. Hope this helps

Your local builder and material supplier can use the blueprint dimensions around the house to determine what brick size can be used for a brick exterior onto plan. If needed, for an additional fee, we can create a brick exterior for you.
