The rear of this home is as beautiful as the front and perfect for a golf-course or lakeview. This rustic home features timber work in the gables, siding, shake cedar, and massive stone columns on the covered porches. The great room is open to the kitchen and has a fireplace and is accessible to a large wrap-around porch that also has a fireplace. The master suite has private access to the covered porch and has a vaulted ceiling. The master bath has a corner whirlpool tub and a large corner glass shower and a huge walk-in closet. Upstairs is a walkway open on both sides to the foyer and the great room and leads to bedroom 4 that has 2 walk-in closets. There is also a flex room, bonus area and media room.

FOUNDATION PLAN Most plans are available with a slab or crawlspace foundation. Optional walkout style basement (three walls masonry with a wood framed rear wall with notes for the builder to locate the windows and doors) and optional full basement foundation available if the plan allows, at an additional cost.
FLOOR PLANS Each home plan includes the floor plan showing the dimensioned locations of walls, doors, and windows as well as a schematic electrical layout (not available for log homes).
SET OF ELEVATIONS All plans include the exterior elevations (front, rear, right and left) that show and describe the finished materials of the house.
MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS These are included for many interior and exterior conditions that require more specific information for their construction.
ROOF OVERVIEW PLAN This is a "bird's eye" view showing the roof slopes, ridges, valleys and any saddles.
SCHEMATIC ELECTRICAL LAYOUT is included unless the plan employs exterior log wall construction.

A:The available space on the basement level is any area underneath heated/cooled space on the main level. (double lines represent an 8 inch concrete basement wall.
Yes, you can walkout to whatever side is suited on your specific lot.
We typically show the rear house wall (basement level) as accessible
to grade; which is most common but, many times folks choose to use a side
depending on the fall of their land.

Q:What is the pitch of this roof, can a material list be made available for this plan, and is the roof primarily stick framed or truss?
A:Thank you for your interest in our home plan design. The roof pitch is 10:12. A material list is most likely readily available for most of our house plans; foundation type determines a specific stock of availability. Stick framing is predominant on the house plan; your local truss company will need plans to convert from stick to trusses, if desired.
