Plan Description
If you are looking for a large covered porch then this could be just the home for you! This front porch wraps all the way from the front of the home around the 3 car garage that extends from the front of the home. As you step inside this home you are met by the unique layout of the floor plan. With the kitchen directly to your right and the stairs to the upper floor on the left you feel as if you immediately enter into the homey atmosphere. The open floor plan allows for this space to flow into the great room and dining space beyond visually separated by the bridge above. On the right side of the home you will find 2 spacious bedrooms which share a hall bath. On the left you will find the expansive master suite as well as the laundry room and entrance from the garage. Upstairs is an additional 2 bedrooms of either side of the bridge. These spaces can also make great game rooms or hobby rooms.
