Plan Description
This beautiful European plan exhibits 3,982 sq. ft. of living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1 half bath. One of the first things to catch your eye on this plan is the spacious three-car garage with dark wooden doors. Above the garage is room for storage or an optional bonus room, which would be perfect for guests or finished as a man cave. This house plan is an open concept plan with 12 ft ceilings complete with exposed timber beams. In the great room the beams are complemented by the fireplace and built-in in bookshelves. Notice, because this house plan is an open concept, from the great room you have easy access to the kitchen, study office, grilling porch to bedrooms two and three. This European house plan would not be complete without a wine cellar and wine tasting room.
