This modern farmhouse style house plan boasts 1983 square feet, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. With a combination of wood, stone, dark accents, board and batten, and vinyl siding, this home exterior provides a unique yet gorgeous curb appeal.Heading inside the home under the 11’ ceiling covered porch is where you are welcomed by the gorgeous and lengthy entryway, providing a tall ceiling and access to the bedrooms, great room, and mudroom areas.
The area with the great room, kitchen, and dining room is large and open concept, also including a built-in fireplace, access to a covered patio on the rear side of the home, and plenty of counter space with an island in the kitchen.
The master bedroom is just off the great room, with 10’ ceilings, a spacious bathroom with a double vanity, separate shower, soaking tub, separate toilet, and walk-in closet with additional shoe storage. This closet has access to the laundry room, which leads out into the mudroom and two-car garage.
