Plan Description

A: THE FIREPLACE SHOWN ON THE MAIN LEVEL IS FOR A GAS, PROPANE OR ELECTRIC FP SO NO CHIMNEY IS NEEDED, THE FIREPLACE CAN VENT OUT THE SIDE IF YOU WANT THE FIREPLACE TO BE WOOD BURNING, THIS CAN BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS FOR $100.00 THE FIREPLACE WILL EXTEND OUT THE SIDE FOR THE CHIMNEY, AND THE CHIMNEY WILL RUN THROUGH THE UPPER FLOOR THEREFORE THE WINDOW IN THE BEDROOM WILL HAVE TO MOVE.
