Plan Description
Cozy and Restful
The focus of this cozy home is on the first floor, but there is room for the children and their friends to gather in the lower-level family room which includes a fireplace and a powder room. The main floor features the living room, dining room, kitchen and a master bedroom with a decorative ceiling. There are also two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom with a skylight on the main floor. The washer and dryer are conveniently located outside the kitchen. The deck off the dining room can be used for outside eating if desired. This two-level is perfect for a hillside lot. The two-car garage has a lower level entrance.What's Included?
