A:Hi there,
The dimensions for the closets in Bedroom 2 are 3’10” x 2’ deep for both closets and for Bedroom 3 it is 7’ x 2’.

Q:What are the dimensions of: 1) His Bathroom: Toilet room, Shower, Sink area 2) 1/2 Bath in Mud Room 3) Width and Length of Basement Stairs if added?
A:Hello!
The overall dimensions of “His” Bathroom is 5’1” x 11’2”
The toilet room is 5’x3’.
The sink area is 5’1” x 4’10”.
The shower area is 5’1” x 3’.
The half bath is 5’10” x 3’0”.
There is not an optional basement stair available. The plan would have to be modified to include a stairwell. This would have to be completed through a modification request and the length and width can not be determined until a redesign of the space for a stair is determined. However, at quick glance the most feasible space for the stair would be to move the mudroom, laundry, and master walk-in closet back approximately 4’ (Typical stair width). This would allow for a stairway to access a basement just to the right of the door coming in from the garage.
