Q: Hello, a couple of questions. The specs for this plan say 1792 sq ft main level, 330 bonus room. Can you explain how there is 1792 on the main level? I added up the rooms/closets made some assumptions for hallway space, and come up closer to 1620. Second, is there a version of this plan that is built on a full basement? I assume there would have to be a stairway in the great room perhaps (in which case I may want to expand the whole footprint a bit, but just wondering if it could be done or if anyone has done it that way with this plan. A: Hello, In response to the question and comments listed: We figure the square footage by drawing a polyline around the living space, bonus space, garage, etc. which gives us the most accurate sq. footage calculations. In other words, our calculations are exact and precise and include the walls. Please call for modifications.
