A: Hello, The attic space on this plan is inhabitable meaning it is designed for storage purposes only. There is not a set square foot space for the attic on the plan but the space would be above the family room, bedroom number 2, and 3 on the floor plan. I hope this helps. Thanks
A: Hey, the basement stairs are located in the utilities and linen room.
The wall you mentioned is load bearing. If you order a truss roof plan the wall would not be load bearing
