A: Thanks for your inquiry. If you order the plan with siding, crawl space foundation and a truss roof. It is drawn the way you describe. However our material list is for a siding, crawl space, stick built rafter roof so there will be some deviation in the foundation and the roof materials. Thanks, David
A: In our basement design we incorporated the stairs in the utility room. We move the washer/dryer and water heater to the basement.
