A: There is an attic with the access located in the hallway. And while there is no closet by the front door, there is a coat closet at the beginning of the hallway. If you would like to add a closet near the front entrance, we could make a modification to the plan for a fee.
A: We don’t have any interior pictures of the plan unfortunately, but attached are the elevations.
View Attached FileA: The plan does have an outside access as well as an inside access, I failed to mention that in the previous email. The ceiling height is 7'6". The walk out basement could be done but it would be a custom change.
A: The basement stairs are located between Bedroom #2 and #3. The entrance way is at the utility closet.
A: The stock plan does not have a rear door. If you would want a rear door it would have to be designed for you. You may order a reverse plan if you so desire.
