A: It depends on the foundation, typically on a crawlspace foundation they are located in the crawlspace. On a slab foundation the HVAC is in the attic and the water heater would be located in bedroom #3’s closet. If you got a basement foundation the HVAC and water heater are located in the basement.
A: We located the basement stairs on the back side of the utility closet in bedroom #1
