A: Good Afternoon! The cathedral ceiling in the living room slopes up from 8' and will be about 10'-6" at the peak. The garage has an 8' ceiling.
A: The exterior does not change with the basement. There is a slight increase in square footage (I do not have the exact measurements), but it does make the garage slightly smaller.
