A: The plan does include the basement
A: Not sure I fully understand your question, but these one of the following two options should answer it: To put a crawlspace foundation under the lower level, so you have 2 finished floor levels, the modifications would be $450 To put a crawlspace foundation under the upper level, and replace the basement with crawlspace, so you have 1 finished floor levels, the modifications would be $350
