A: No....the 2x6 walls are above the subfloor and will not affect the foundation.

The front foyer is wide enough to accommodate a double door (a 5' would be enough to allow trim on both sides). We do not have a 4 car option, but one could be added via a modification to the plans. The plans do not show closet details since these will be selected by the owner based on budget.
A: Attic space is accessed via a pull down stair in the garage. Storage space is available, but ceiling joists will need to be properly sized to accommodate the additional weight of storage. Headroom in the attic will be limited due to the low pitch of the roof.
