Plan Description
A beautiful two-storey house with the charm of a Farmhouse. It is 50 ft. by 42 ft. The total livable surface area is 3,036 sq. ft. The garage is 329 sq. ft. When you enter, you find yourself in a large vestibule which grants access to the dining room, the living room with a fireplace and the kitchen with an island and a walk-in closet. A family room is next to the living room. There is also a washroom on this floor. The three bedrooms are on the second floor, all three have walk-in closets. In addition, the master bedroom has a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms share the other complete bathroom. There is also a laundry area and a space that can be a reading room or an office on this floor.
