A: Good afternoon, We do not have a garage right version of this plan. Because of our current design schedule, we are not offering modifications. I would suggest that the client purchase either a CAD file or a .pdf file and have someone local to them do the changes. Enjoy your day!! Tammy
A: Good morning! Because of our location – western New York – our plans are all drawn with a full basement. The frostline is typically too deep for a slab foundation.’ Tammy
A: The answers to your questions: 1) The plans do include a roof plan. 2) There is no layout of floor joists – that is done by the manufacturer of the floor joists. 3) Floor plan layouts, window and door sizes are shown on the plans. 4) The plans do show bearing walls. Have a nice evening! Tammy
